Funeral services for Iretta Joyce Foster Tull, 80, of Edgewood, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at the Edgewood Church of Christ with Mr. Russell Harris and Mr. Carl McCann officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery near Wills Point under the direction of Allan Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.

She passed away Saturday afternoon, July 27, 2013, in Wills Point.

Iretta was born September 26, 1932 in the Enterprise Community north of Wills Point, the daughter of Earl Everette Foster and Dona Perry Deen Foster. She attended Wills Point schools most of her life and graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 1950. She attended Henderson County Junior College. On November 28, 1957, she married Charles Stanley Tull in Dallas. Iretta was a devoted housewife for many years while her children were young. She was employed by Hollandsworth Engineering in Wills Point and the Van Zandt County Appraisal District in Canton as a draftsman, retiring in 1991. Iretta enjoyed sewing, making things for her children, reading and playing dominoes. She had a special love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and always looked forward to having get-togethers with family and friends. Iretta was a faithful member of the Church of Christ.

Preceded in death by her parents and sister, Virginia Ruth Foster.

Iretta is survived by her husband of fifty-five years, Stanley Tull, of Edgewood; son, Charles Stanley Tull, Jr. & wife, Susie, of Edgewood; three daughters, Becky David, of Kemp, Teresa Thompson & husband, Keith, of Edgewood and Sandra Marberry & husband, Cecil, of Lubbock; twelve grandchildren, Jenny Pass & husband, Joe, Stephanie Garcia & husband, Anselmo, John David & wife, Tiffany, Jason David, Charles Stanley Tull, III & wife, Sarah, Chris Tull & wife, Erin, Cassie Harper & husband, Heath, Scott Everett Thompson, Kyle Douglas Thompson, Chase Marberry, Tucker Marberry and Olivia Marberry; ten great-grandchildren, Aaron Pass, Justin McEnturff, Josie Pass, Marco Garcia, Alexis Garcia, Aidan Garcia, Blaine David, Henlee Harper, Gus Harper and Kinsley Tull; numerous cousins and other close family members.

Pallbearers: Charles S. Tull, III, John A. David, Chris S. Tull, Jason A. David, Chase Marberry, Scott E. Thompson, Tucker Marberry and Kyle D. Thompson

Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
